Delete your account
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time. You don't need to give a reason.
In the app
- Open Perrin Companion and go to your Profile.
- Under Privacy & safety, tap Request data deletion.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap the button to delete your account.
That's it. Your account is deleted straight away. This can't be undone.
Can't get into the app?
Email hello@nbhtech.co.uk from the email address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll do it and let you know once it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your account, profile, diary entries and questionnaire answers are removed from the app and our database immediately.
- Our automatic backups are kept for a short time (currently up to 7 days) in case something goes wrong. Your information drops out of them when they are replaced. We only use backups to repair the app after a fault, and if we ever have to restore one, we delete your information again straight away.
- We keep a note that a deletion happened and when, but with no name, email address or account ID, so it can't be linked back to you.
